And my last photos from my holiday. I have never seen Love Locks before so had to take a photo or three!

October
Welcome to a new month. This year is passing so quickly. On 12 Months in View today there is all sorts of information about the month of October and the challenge is to respond in some way to whatever inspires you there.
I started by using my new Thermofax screens. I tried with Distress Paints. Be warned: DO NOT use Distress paints - the paint is too thin. So then I tried Amsterdam acrylic. This worked well.
I stamped with Archival Ink and sprayed with some Dylusions inks.
I seemed to squirt rather than spray the red. The paper in my journal doesn't like blending inks!
I used one of Dina's new stencils with brown ink. And then to tone it down used White Linen through one of the new stencils by Tim Holtz.
It's well worth rooting round in your stash as I found I had these Tim Holtz stamps. And then I found a set of unused months of the year stamps!
I printed out the poem, cut it up and inked the edges with Distress Ink before gluing the pieces onto the page.
Thanks for stopping by.

Little Details

We saw these Squash for sale in the open air market in Augsburg. I just had to take a photo because they looked so much like a flower.
I saw these outside a shop in Munich.
Thanks for stopping by.
