Summer Photography Scavenger Hunt

Each summer Rinda sets a Summertime Photography Scavenger Hunt which people all over the world take part in.

I managed to complete the 2013 challenge.

This year's challenge started on June 1st but I have been busy with setting up the Culture of Honour blog, keeping up with #100happydays and the final clearing out of my Dad's house and its sale, amongst other things.   So I held back on starting the hunt but whilst I was in Pembrokeshire I did gather one or two of the photos.

5. A rack of postcards. This was on the door of a Bistro in Porthgain, Pembrokeshire.

7. A rural landscape.  This view was taken from Hanbury Church, Worcestershire on our way to Pembrokeshire.

16. A sign in a language other than English.  I took several photos of signs in English and Welsh but chose this one because I love that it says that you could get a on a ship here in 1840 to sail to America for £4.

20. A bus with a picture painted on its sides.  Apparently this bus is called the Celtic Coaster.  We have always called it the Puffin Shuttle!

And a close up of the Puffin.

I hope you have enjoyed the start of my scavenger hunt.

Thanks for stopping by
Bernice

  1. Great photos. I'm planning on joining in but not found any places to take appropriate photos yet!
