I made this Spring Zine as part of the challenges on 12 Months in View.
I folded the A4 sheet of paper as described in the tutorial and then sprayed it with Dylusions ink.
Then I used the new Dylusions White Linen through a stencil and then dripped some lime and some blue spray ink onto the page.
I dried the paper and refolded it and here is the first of the three double spreads to begin work on.
For the March pages I sprayed some Chocolate Brown ink through a stencil on the left and used a stamp with Coffee Archival ink on the right.
I coloured in the flowers with my Inktense Watersoluble crayons.
I printed out the Bible verse and inked the edges with Distress Ink and stuck it down.
I wrote the month on the page. I may go back and doodle and play but I'm happy with how it looks at the moment. It may be that when I've done April and May that I go back and do something to it!
Thanks for popping by
Bernice
Oh love it - my patterned paper is now out of the window, white and colour the whole thing has jumped right in! Love what you do Bernice. BJ

I like this - think I need that white linen (or is it just like picket fence? hope so as I already have that!) - good luck getting your monthly Kate Crane journalling done - I have never attempted one of those and just stick to my diary instead!
