20 days in North America: Vancouver pt 2

Our second day in Vancouver turned out to be mostly monochrome!  We took the bus to Stanley Park and walked most of the seawall walk - around 5 miles or so.

Canada Geese in Canada!

A seaplane coming into land.

The girl in the wetsuit

We did see some colour during the walk.

Totem poles

We walked back into Vancouver and found one of the little ferry boats that move up and down the river.

We used the ferry like a boat trip seeing parts of the city we hadn't walked aorund.

A concrete supplier

We went further out to the Maritime Museum.

And then back on the ferry to Granville Island where we saw the other side of the Concrete place.

And a fabulous art shop

Back at the hotel later our view from our room at bedtime.

Next time:  we travel to Vancouver Island

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. OOOOHHHH - that fireworks flower is wonderful! Thanks for my trip through Vancouver! I never would have suspected that was a functioning concrete plant - maybe his wife owns the art store.
