Rocking Your World Friday

It's Friday and on Friday there is the meme on Celtic House called Rocking Your World which is
'the moment to step back and take stock of your week, to work out the positives, the things that have made life more bearable and to celebrate these facts. Pop a post together, come back and link each Friday and let's share our positives around. It's a great therapy and stops life slipping through our fingers or spending too much time dwelling on the negatives. Not sure if it's for you - give it a go - you'll never know until you try!'

So this week
I went to the Festival of Quilts with Nicky and bought some new goodies.

Fabric with maps printed on.

Thermofax screens of seed heads.

I went to an unusal wedding party at Roger's sailing club where the bride and groom hosted a mini regatta and Roger sailed his new dinghy.

I had another Skype call with Naomi.

I did lots of work for 12 Months in View for the next few months so I am really up-to-date.  Here's a sneak peek.

Until next week, thanks for stopping by.

  1. Oh lovely post, I love all your photos, the fabrics are amazing, love them and knowing how much you achieve with maps can't wait to see what you do with them.

Mini regatta for a wedding sounds fantastic and different.

Loving your dandelion clocks, my niece was painting one yesterday when she was with me, they are beautiful!

Hope you have a beautiful and blessed week ahead.

    Much love

  5. I love seed heads and would love the Tim Holtz fabric with the butterflies on it! I want a trench coat made out of that material.
